YIN YOGA – 19/3 19h

Na ovonedeljnom jin času provešćemo kičmu kroz sve osnovne pokrete na način svojstven jin jogi. Neinvanzivno, prepuštanjem i posmatranjem. Koristićemo položaje kako bismo ušli u telo, nećemo koristiti telo da bismo ušli u položaje. Koristićemo položaje da se upoznamo sa disanjem. Naše telo zna kako da diše. Dozvolićemo telu da diše.

Kao i obično, ovaj čas je otvoren za sve zainteresovane i na bazi slobodnih donacija. Iznos donacije je proizvoljan i prepušta se pojedincu da samostalno proceni.

Čas vodi Mirela Đurić sertifikovana instruktorka yin/hatha/ashtanga joge sa bogatim iskustvom u prenošenju tehnika joge putem časova joge.

Mesto održavanja – Sahaja joga centar, Skadarska 8/10. Ulaz je uvučen pored jedne male prodajne galerije. Drugi sprat, al’ neki kažu ’kao da je treći’. Postoji lift, ali je stari, pa se lako zaglavi ako se ne pritisnu vrata s unutrašnje strane.

At this weeks yin class, we’re going to take our spine through all of the basic movements in a way characteristic to yin yoga. Non-invasive, surrendering and observing. We are going to use the poses to enter the body, we are not going to use the body to enter the poses. We are going to use the poses to get familiar with the breathing. Our body knows how to breathe. We are going to allow the body to breathe.

As usual, the class is open to all interested and it is donations based. The amount of the donation is not determined and it is up to the individual.

The class is led by Mirela Đurić, certified yin/hatha/ashtanga yoga teacher with an over a decade long experience in shareing yogic techniques via yoga classes.

Venue: Sahaja Yoga Centar, Skadarska 8/10. The second floor, but some say it feels like the third. There is an elevator, but it’s old, so it gets stuck easily if you don’t hold the door from the inside.
